Simran is a compassionate physiotherapist deeply driven by the values instilled by her grandparents, who raised her to always lend a helping hand to others. They taught her that education is a privilege, and with that privilege comes the responsibility to give back to her community. This belief fuels her passion for making healthcare more inclusive and compassionate, empowering others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

After earning her Master’s in Physical Therapy, Simran brings a patient-centered approach to her practice, tailoring treatments to each individual’s needs and goals. She combines evidence-based methods, including manual therapy and personalized exercise plans, to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and support recovery. Her commitment extends beyond rehabilitation to injury prevention, helping patients manage their long-term health and well-being.

Outside of her work, Simran cherishes quality time with her family—especially her grandparents—enjoys peaceful nature walks with her dog, plays the piano as a creative outlet, and loves connecting with friends over meals or coffee.
